Payment: We accept credit and debit card payments on-line.

We will also accept payments via electronic bank transfer please contact us to discuss this.

If you experience problems making a payment through the website please check you have entered your email address, your name, address and particularly your postcode correctly. If you get an error stating your transaction was not authorised we suggest you contact your card issuer. If this still does not resolve the problem please call 020 7120 0009.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has been received by us and hence a contract between us. Your Invoice will be emailed or included with the goods and you can always access a copy in our website’s Customer Centre. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a of a price increase, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are displayed on our web site excluding tax and excluding shipping. tax and shipping will be added as appropriate to the items in your shopping cart and the total displayed before you check out.

Shipping And Handling: Shipping for orders under 4kg to UK mainland addresses are charged at £10 tax. To find out exact delivery charges just add goods to the basket and then click Checkout, select destination and the delivery charge will be displayed before any order is confirmed.

If the order is for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for taxes, duties and compliance with regulations and import restrictions applicable in the country or territory of delivery. We advise verifying this in advance with the relevant local authority. We cannot accept responsibility for any delay or loss resulting from action by local customs or government authority.

We will email you to advise when your order has been fulfilled and this email will either contain shipment tracking information or you will receive this information soon after by email directly from our courier.

Erroneous prepaid airtime orders and prepaid airtime orders for non-Satphone SIM cards (excluding Thuraya Prepaid SIM cards) are subject to a $40/€30/£20 order admin/cancellation fee.

Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish title of these goods until payment is received in full.

Delivery Schedule: Where possible orders are dispatched same day when in stock via a next business day delivery service to UK mainland addresses when an order is received before 2pm UK time. Orders for delivery to Central London addresses can often be delivered the same business day. Northern Ireland and UK Offshore addresses are normally shipped using Royal Mail. International orders are shipped using UPS. If goods are placed on back order we will inform you.

You must inform us within two business days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received including for the purpose of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCR”).

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using SSL encryption our staff are unable to view your card details.

Guarantee: Goods that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced.

Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt.

Orders that do not qualify under the CCR cannot be cancelled or returned.

If you qualify under the CCR and wish to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt we offer a refund less any carriage charges. You must return the goods at your expense and risk using a suitable delivery service within 14 calendar days of cancellation sealed in original packing as new and we will refund you. Goods that have been used or show signs of use may not be accepted or may not warrant a full refund. Rights to cancel under the CCR be invalid for any product containing computer software that the customer has unsealed

Where we supply services you agree that we the service will start before the usual cancellation period expires and you waive any rights you have under the CCR to cancel once service has commenced. If you do not want to waive any rights to cancel the supply of service under the CCR you must email us at s u p p o rt {at} s a t p h o n e . c o before you place your order to notify us of this and wait for confirmation of your request from a member of our team before ordering.

Airtime services might be subject to additional terms which will be detailed within any service agreement that the customer is required to sign.

Satellite Phone Usage: Satellite phones and terminals need a direct line of sight from the antenna to the satellite in order to function. As a result phones will not work inside buildings or vehicles unless used with the appropriate external antenna. Use of satellite service may also be prevented in outdoor locations with trees, hills, mountains, buildings or other similar structures or geographical features in close proximity.

You agree to abide by all of the current regulations in effect in countries where the equipment may be used, including the purchase of all required licenses. Callmonitor Ltd cannot be held responsible for any operational restrictions, customs, licenses or permit fees required for operation in the destination country or territory. In addition Callmonitor Ltd holds no responsibility for fines associated with terminal seizure, nor implications of using satellite communications equipment in countries or territories where it is prohibited. Customers are recommended to contact the Embassy, High Commission or Trade Commission of the destination country or territory, prior to entry into any country or territory.

Satellite Telephones are not part of the telephone network of any country and therefore apart from in very limited circumstances cannot access emergency services short codes such as 911, 112, 999 (ambulance, fire service, police, mountain rescue, coast guard etc..). You must make alternative communications arrangements to ensure that you can make emergency calls if needed.
