• Voice calls to other satphones on different satellite network (not included in inclusive minutes) – £ 11.00 per minute.
• Late return daily charge – $30 / £20 per day
• When included minutes have been used service will continue, charges will be: £2.15 per minute for voice (to landlines or mobiles) or data calls (unless Unlimited Data Call Upgrade has been selected, in which case data calls will be free of charge)
• Text messages £0.60 per message (if available) (unless Unlimited Data Call Upgrade has been selected, in which case data calls will be free of charge).

• A deposit of £900 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the terminal.
• The minimum hire charge is 7 days.
• Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

• 1. Rentals cancelled 7 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
• 2. Rentals cancelled 2 days prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.

Please note: The security deposit is refunded less any additional charges at the end of the rental.
